Piezoresistive Adjustable Contact Surface Hardness High Frequency Response And High Precision
To meet the requirements of high precision, high repeatability, and high frequency response for dynamic earth pressure measurement in model tests of various soils and geotechnical structures under multi-field coupling conditions, as well as to adapt to special testing environments such as dynamic centrifuge model tests and shaking table tests, strict standards are often required for the miniaturization and frequency response characteristics of earth pressure sensors. In addition, it is necessary to minimize the influences of flow field disturbance, soil arching effect, and stress concentration, so as to ensure the acquisition of accurate and reliable dynamic earth pressure variation laws.
The ESP-II miniature dynamic earth pressure sensor is designed to meet the above working conditions. It can minimize the deviation between the measured values and the true values (static/dynamic matching error), ensuring excellent measurement accuracy and reliability. Particularly critically, this sensor adopts advanced domestic silicon-silicon bonding technology and high-performance MEMS piezoresistive sensing elements, integrated with state-of-the-art miniaturized fabrication and packaging processes. It features small effective size, fine wire diameter, and compact structure, with outstanding static and dynamic response performance.
